The construction is completely legal, it was built before 1956 and we have in writing the building regulations that apply to this rustic plot with a house, and on what can be built and rehabilitated in addition to the Certificate of Non-Existence of Urban Infractions. 
This rustic finca has a lot of charm. 
We have an estimate for the installation of the electric meter approx. 350 euros 
There is a water well, the only thing missing is the pump connection and a motor, since at the moment the finca does not have electricity. 
There is a rainwater collection system.
The total area to be built is approx. 300 m2, including pool, porches and terraces, so you can: a) rehabilitate the main house + pool construction or b) leave the current construction as a warehouse and build a new house + pool, between all this has to add up to a total of about 300 m2 (this is probably increased now to 500m2 with the new regulations but Ximena can check).
